Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in Clinical Automation, Clinical IT, or Clinical Chemistry applications
Willingness to travel overseas and on domestic business trips
Major in Clinical Pathology, Bioinformatics, or Biomedical Laboratory Science
Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills (preferential)
Proficiency in MS Office and related programs

Responsibilities

Assess potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre- and/or post-sales
Prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer stated specifications
Evaluate the applicability of company products to meet customer needs before and after the sale
Develop technical documentation and implementation plans for complex products and solutions
Build small-scale applications for process simulation
Deliver product demonstrations and training at customer sites, conferences, seminars, and trade shows
Contribute to the optimization of products by incorporating customer workflows and specific requirements
Coordinate resources to resolve problems (reporting to Field Applications Supervisor)
Deliver analytical services in compliance with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) standards
