Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in Clinical Automation, Clinical IT, or Clinical Chemistry applications
  • Willingness to travel overseas and on domestic business trips
  • Major in Clinical Pathology, Bioinformatics, or Biomedical Laboratory Science
  • Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills (preferential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related programs

Responsibilities

  • Assess potential application of company products to meet customer needs pre- and/or post-sales
  • Prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions in alignment with manufacturer stated specifications
  • Evaluate the applicability of company products to meet customer needs before and after the sale
  • Develop technical documentation and implementation plans for complex products and solutions
  • Build small-scale applications for process simulation
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training at customer sites, conferences, seminars, and trade shows
  • Contribute to the optimization of products by incorporating customer workflows and specific requirements
  • Coordinate resources to resolve problems (reporting to Field Applications Supervisor)
  • Deliver analytical services in compliance with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) standards
