  • Territory Expansion: Meet with existing Quartzy customers at their labs in the Bay Area to grow e-commerce adoption
  • Account Mining: Use Salesforce/Looker data to identify expansion opportunities
  • Consultative Outreach: Build trust with scientists, lab managers, and finance teams and position Quartzy as the best, most cost-effective choice
  • Cross-Sell & Upsell: Introduce labs to new product categories and promotions
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and CS on software adoption campaigns
  • Collaboration: Work with Pricing team to set prices based on insights gained from engaging with customers
  • Market Insights: Track buying patterns and share insights with product/ops to sharpen positioning
