Requirements

  • 3+ years of life-sciences sales experience (field preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting/overachieving revenue expansion quotas
  • Strong communicator, comfortable managing a high volume of accounts in-person and virtually
  • CRM and pipeline discipline (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Based in the Boston Metro Area with ability to visit local prospects on a frequent basis

Responsibilities

  • Territory Expansion: Meet with existing Quartzy customers at their labs in the Boston Metro Area to grow e-commerce adoption
  • Account Mining: Use Salesforce/Looker data to identify expansion opportunities
  • Consultative Outreach: Build trust with scientists, lab managers, and finance teams and position Quartzy as the best, most cost-effective choice
  • Cross-Sell & Upsell: Introduce labs to new product categories and promotions
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and CS on software adoption campaigns; work with Pricing team to set prices based on insights gained from engaging with customers
  • Market Insights: Track buying patterns and share insights with product/ops to sharpen positioning
