Responsibilities

Ensures the maintenance of and continued operation of mechanical systems such as HVAC systems, boiler, fans, generators, electrical switch gear and UPS systems
Plans and executes changes to facilities to include furniture installation, office rearrangements, electrical additions and other changes based on business needs such as changes in staffing levels
Handles any facilities emergencies that arise
Performs or coordinates preventive maintenance for equipment
Maintains records to track maintenance and repairs
Identifies recurring problems with work processes, policies, or procedures; contributes ideas on ways to resolve problems to better service the customer and/or improve productivity
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building systems, repairs, and upkeep of common areas, appliances, and outdoor spaces
Coordinate vendor services for non-mechanical facility needs, including custodial, landscaping, and security, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance and safety concerns, escalating major incidents and collaborating with service teams for quick resolution
Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and company policies, addressing any deficiencies promptly
Assist with budget tracking and reporting on facility operations, expenses, and project status
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
