The Senior Director of Engineering – Facilities and Utilities is responsible for leading site operations related to facilities, utilities, and engineering to support both site startup and long-term manufacturing operations. They will guide the development and implementation of systems and business processes for GMP operations, help build the site’s culture and operational readiness, and collaborate with the Site Lead Team. Key responsibilities include defining site engineering facilities priorities and roadmaps, serving on the site HSE Lead Team, acting as the end-user representative during project delivery, and developing the organizational structure to ensure appropriate resources and leadership for GMP manufacturing. The role also involves establishing and executing systems to achieve qualified and safe states for equipment, processes, utilities, and facilities, and building strong technical relationships with corporate functions.
