Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Buying Manager to deliver and review performance across key categories, with a particular focus on coffee
  • Lead initiatives to ensure best-in-class uptime across the Express estate, driving operational excellence and reliability
  • Provide detailed analysis and actionable insights to support growth and profitability, shaping strategies that enhance customer experience and maximize commercial performance
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial teams to translate strategic plans into actionable results
  • Ensure that all aspects of the Coffee and Food-to-Go strategy are fully supported and embedded across the business
  • Keep a sharp focus on driving strong sales, conversion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Take ownership of post-launch reviews, leading promotional analysis and event autopsies to identify opportunities and optimize future performance
  • Be passionate about continuous improvement, increasing productivity through consistent process reviews and enhancements
  • Spend time in stores with partners and champion best practice to support growth at every level
