Responsibilities

The Expert Field Force Effectiveness Manager will drive expert field force effectiveness in France and Benelux by leveraging a robust Segmentation & Targeting approach, developing and improving tools and processes such as Power BI reports, contributing to a Northern Europe community of practice, and deploying the 7 principles and tools of the Expert Field Force of the Future. They will also manage the Sales Incentive Plan, enhance the execution of expert Field Force strategies through improved insights and analytics, and develop expert field force capabilities, focusing on science, systems, tools, and commercial capabilities in partnership with the BU expert content lead.
