Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT and data programs is required, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Foundry or large-scale AI/data platforms. Demonstrated expertise in Foundry's data integration, analytics, and operational application delivery capabilities is essential, along with strong knowledge of data governance, access control, and compliance frameworks. Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and multi-phase programs is necessary, as is proficiency in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. Exceptional change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are required, along with the ability to influence senior executives and manage high-pressure situations with shifting priorities and short timelines. Prior experience in the utilities or energy sector delivering data transformation or analytics programs is also required. Preferred qualifications include Azure AI Certification or deep platform expertise, PMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Agile certifications, familiarity with compliance standards like NERC, SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR, and experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting Foundry deployments or with AI tools and platforms.
The Expert Project Manager will lead complex and major projects with budgets exceeding $50 million, managing end-to-end Foundry programs from design through scaling, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex, cross-functional, and technical program plans, including schedules, budgets, resourcing, risks, issues, and interdependencies. The role involves partnering with Foundry engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects to align technical delivery with organizational priorities. The Project Manager will champion Foundry governance and security frameworks, implement agile/iterative methodologies to accelerate delivery and maximize adoption, and provide executive-level communications. They will also manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and internal PMO teams, and serve as a subject matter expert in Foundry project delivery, mentoring other PMs and shaping enterprise PM best practices.
