Requirements

Candidates must possess over 7 years of product management experience, including launching consumer or internal tools in regulated or data-heavy environments. They should have leadership experience with globally distributed engineering teams, managing delivery pipelines, sprint cadences, and large-scale prioritization. Experience with backend systems, APIs, data workflows, internal tool development, and operations platforms supporting licensed agent workflows, CRM, quoting/binding, and policy servicing is essential. Collaboration with legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and business teams, as well as experience improving quality and reliability through proactive controls and issue detection, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the insurance product roadmap, aligning priorities across carrier integrations, agency operations, user experience, and compliance. They will manage Agile product development with globally distributed engineering teams, including sprint cycles, backlogs, and delivery quality. Responsibilities include guiding carrier integration efforts, improving internal tools and workflows such as CRM systems, quoting flows, admin controls, and automation, and collaborating with marketing, growth, and lifecycle messaging plans while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves innovating and scaling capabilities, contributing to AI integrations, lifecycle automation, and tools that create efficiency and growth.
