Position Overview

You will join our Customer Experience team, specifically focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics offering. Our work encompasses expertise, AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage), project management, implementation, and CRM strategy. We partner with major industry leaders in finance, real estate, and insurance, as well as large SMEs and mid-sized companies across France. We also offer the opportunity to join our service center to best meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs on Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Supervise a team of technical consultants, including task planning, technical guidance, and progress monitoring.
• Participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions.
• Draft and validate technical and functional specifications.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications.
• Conduct technological watch to integrate best practices and innovations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams, business units, and clients.

Qualifications

Required Profile:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• In-depth mastery of recent Dynamics 365 versions and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and associated technologies.
• Proven experience in system integration and the use of tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate a technical team.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A functional or technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus.
• Any experience with Azure services is also a plus, such as Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, Power BI (this list is not exhaustive).
