Requirements

University degree (Bachelor or Masters)
5+ years of professional experience within system implementation
Strong understanding and experience working with Salesforce
Certified Salesforce consultant or product/industry certified specialist
Passion for digital solutions, technology, and systems
Knowledge about and interest in Sales, Marketing, and Services strategy, processes, and technology
Managed end-to-end transformation projects with direct client interaction
Experience writing and/or leading bids for transformation initiatives
Preferably excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English

Responsibilities

Work closely with Developers, QAs, Designers, and Functional Specialists to develop creative business solutions
Shape, design, and implement sales, service, and marketing experiences, capabilities, and architectures
Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to develop solutions for customers
Play a key role in winning and delivering projects
Interact directly with clients to ensure timeframes, budgets, and solution acceptance are met
Build lasting relationships with executive clients and sponsors
Serve in roles such as stream lead, program lead, or delivery lead depending on project size and client needs
Lead large-scale Salesforce digital transformation projects
