Responsibilities

  • Gerir carteira ativa de clientes, com foco em relacionamento de longo prazo, rentabilização e fidelização
  • Identificar oportunidades de novos negócios (cross-sell e upsell) a partir da análise de consumo, comportamento e potencial da carteira
  • Manter o CRM (Salesforce e SenseData) atualizado, garantindo visibilidade de pipeline, forecast e histórico de interações
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e apresentações personalizadas, conduzindo negociações até o fechamento
  • Monitorar indicadores financeiros e operacionais da carteira, como VCM, unitário médio, churn e baseline
  • Atuar em parceria com áreas internas (Pricing, Pré-vendas, Contratos, Pós-vendas e Jurídico) para garantir fluidez nos processos
  • Participar de reuniões semanais e mensais de resultados, apresentando performance, desafios e plano de ação
  • Acompanhar SLAs e status de demandas de clientes, acionando áreas de suporte quando necessário
  • Realizar visitas presenciais e virtuais para mapeamento de oportunidades e fortalecimento do relacionamento
  • Contribuir com ideias e boas práticas que elevem o padrão de atendimento e performance comercial do canal
