Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for over 5 years of coordination and/or administrative support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expertise with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday), HRIT systems, enterprise travel systems (preferably Concur), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook are required. Demonstrable knowledge of HR compliances such as EEO, GDPR, and other regional or global compliance regulations is necessary, along with the ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy and attention to detail, collaborate effectively in a team, and navigate a highly matrixed organization. Problem-solving skills and confidence in decision-making are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Executive Talent Specialist will provide high-touch support to the Executive Recruiting team, hiring managers, and executive candidates throughout the search and hiring process. This includes coordinating interview schedules, arranging travel, acting as a point person for executive interviews, and offering concierge-level support to high-profile candidates. The role involves establishing relationships with executive team members, maintaining electronic executive search work, providing solutions for candidate or client feedback, and leading administrative steps for requisitions. Responsibilities also include coordinating and maintaining applicant tracking system information, preparing offers of employment, initiating background checks and drug screens, facilitating external search firm relationships, assisting in leading search processes, and developing approval processes for requisitions and offers. The specialist will facilitate and participate in executive search processes, including intake meetings and debriefs, and contribute to crafting operational processes for compliance with company policies and legal requirements, while maintaining executive tracking and reporting documents.
