Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in roles such as Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, or Executive Operations, with proven success in dynamic environments supporting sales leaders. Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments is essential, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity, and grit. Expertise in managing executive times, providing strategic recommendations, and supporting sales executives or similar roles focused on external stakeholders is required. Exceptional organizational skills in managing time, schedules, and travel logistics with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple projects organized are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Executive Operations Partner will strategically support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), managing high-level administrative needs and optimizing processes to enable leadership team growth. Responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing the CCO's calendar, managing inbox triaging and time management, and supporting at least one additional Vice President-level executive after an initial ramp period. The role involves managing all logistics for meetings, travel, and events, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with other Executive Operations Partners to streamline administrative processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions for operational excellence. Assistance with team events like offsites and company events is also expected.
