Requirements

3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-performance support role, ideally in technology/startup environments
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern collaboration tools
Skilled at prioritizing, organizing, and adapting to shifting needs
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across functions and operate with high integrity and discretion
Proactive learner, eager for feedback and committed to personal development
Ability to travel as needed to support events and offsites
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting

Responsibilities

Manage complex multi-time-zone calendars, coordinate travel, and ensure accurate expense reporting
Streamline communication flows and maintain organized files for distributed teams
Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents with high professionalism
Plan, staff, and execute team offsites/virtual events, managing all logistics including venue, catering, materials, and technology setup
Build productive relationships, act as liaison for feedback, and drive alignment across teams
Build relationships across functions and operate with high integrity and discretion
Proactively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely reimbursement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Provide exceptional customer service and support to leaders and teams
