Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or operations roles. A Diploma or Degree in any field is required, along with experience in the 3PL logistics business, particularly in fulfilment and warehousing. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of providing service that meets shipper or platform expectations. Strong existing working relationships with clients and internal teams are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The Executive, Fulfillment will own and manage rapport with existing clients from onboarding to training and build customer trust towards Fulfilment services. They will manage day-to-day operations and handle change requests raised by assigned accounts. This role will serve as the main customer support for operational and system inquiries and coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs. Additionally, they will maintain customer success metrics and documentation, prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide technical fulfilment expertise. The Executive will also create customer retention strategies using value propositions and continuous improvement.
