  • Ability to develop understanding of overall market, competition, and general industry performance, including key drivers of business and financial performance, competitor benchmarking, industry attractiveness and profitability, as well as market and consumer trends
  • Experience leading advancement of new business ventures, partnerships, and/or consumer offerings
  • Expertise in researching competitive landscape and investigating strategic business planning and development opportunities, such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, expansion markets, and growth strategies
  • Proficiency in ensuring appropriate metrics are used to evaluate business cases
  • Proven leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions
  • Ability to contribute to the development of the organization’s business strategy and interpret business strategy to develop organizational objectives aligned with it
  • Experience managing multiple teams of professionals
  • Capability to own revenue targets and drive at least 20% year-over-year growth
  • Skills in identifying new market opportunities and expanding strategic customer relationships
  • Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams

  • Lead strategic planning and execution for network distribution and voice solutions portfolio
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams in Philadelphia and Denver to define go-to-market strategies
  • Optimize revenue opportunities and ensure alignment with customer needs and evolving market demands
  • Own the revenue number for the portfolio and drive at least 20% year-over-year growth
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Expand strategic customer relationships
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers
