Candidates are required to have 5+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment within the High Tech industry, demonstrating superior attention to detail, high integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills. They must also have demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, partner closely with leaders, and keep multiple teams and projects on track in parallel, and experience with contract management, procurement processes, and general business workflows.
As an Executive Business Partner, the individual will manage complex travel on behalf of executives, prepare expenses, organize and assist with special events, team activities, and meetings through research, participant coordination, material preparation, and logistics management. They will partner with executives to understand their priorities, effectively address meeting requests, and manage complex calendars, act as a point person for their executives’ direct reports, building strong relationships across their team, draft presentations, take meeting minutes/actions, and coordinate oral and written communication for executives. This includes drafting communications and doing team survey analysis. They will manage meeting topics and agendas, coordinate presenters, and manage time during meetings, drive accountability with team project deliverables, updating project trackers and ensuring milestones and actions are completed, identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimizing for efficiency and positive experience, and lead end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites and strategic team gatherings, including budgeting, venue sourcing, agenda creation, and stakeholder coordination.
