The Executive Assistant will be responsible for office organization and coordination of daily operations, serving as a point of contact for clients and business partners. They will prepare presentation materials, independently manage projects and prepare information in the form of overviews, evaluations, and calculations, organize and prepare meetings, phone, and video conferences, handle all correspondence in German and English, manage travel arrangements, create briefing materials and regular reports, and perform personal assistant tasks.
