Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison to other management teams and occasionally organize/coordinate external relations efforts
  • Oversee special assignments in partnership with the Executive Administration team
  • Manage administrative tasks for executive staff: complete expense reports, compose/prepare correspondence (sometimes confidential), arrange complex travel plans/itineraries/agendas, compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule internal/external meetings
  • Conduct research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues/concerns for various leaders
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments, maintaining credibility, trust, and support with senior management
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables hands-on to facilitate leaders' effective management
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, follow through on projects to successful completion (often under deadline pressures)
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with other administrators for a high-functioning, collaborative admin team
  • Proactively resolve time-sensitive issues
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams
  • Influence others within the administration team through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
