Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of Executive Assistant experience or comparable professional experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and expertise in software such as the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly PowerPoint. They must also demonstrate a high level of organization, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, attention to detail, teamwork skills, integrity and confidentiality, resourcefulness, and a love for working in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and availability to work in the US time zone are required.

Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, the candidate will serve as the gatekeeper for schedules, managing diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones with flexibility. They will proactively address issues, present solutions promptly, maintain excellent documentation of decisions and action items, organize events including logistics, offsites, and invoicing, network with internal and external teams, act as a connection between departments, keep the manager informed of commitments, create and enhance team culture, and demonstrate sound judgment by raising concerns when necessary.
