Twilio is a communications platform company that empowers businesses and developers to build innovative customer experiences. This role focuses on driving demand through field marketing programs to meet/exceed revenue goals, partnering with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic field marketing programs including events, webinars, and custom experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute strategic events (both in-person and virtual).
  • Develop internal playbooks and best practices for all categories of events, both first party and third party.
  • Build and manage an annual calendar and system for core event information (e.g., event brief, dates, location, goals, speakers).
  • Create content, landing pages, follow-up nurtures, and sales enablement materials for webinars, roundtables, and custom experiences.
  • Work closely with sales, growth, campaigns, and demand gen to ensure stakeholder buy-in and visibility.
  • Work closely with operations for lead management.
  • Maintain, report, and forecast budget spend and efficacy of the spend against event results.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B software event & field marketing.
  • Skills: Proven ability to work closely and successfully with a sales organization.
  • Attributes: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and tactics at once.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics (Inquiries, etc.).
