Candidates should possess extensive experience in leading challenging business transformation programs with a proven track record across the full lifecycle of SAP programs, demonstrating the ability to deliver successfully under demanding circumstances within budget, on time, and to quality standards. They must be able to lead geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor organizations and complex client structures, and have experience working with global teams and leading consultant teams both locally and remotely. Furthermore, they require in-depth knowledge of establishing program success, encompassing IT, business, and change management components, along with the ability to define structured program delivery frameworks and apply them practically. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation abilities are essential, including the capacity to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations, and experience articulating value-based propositions, leading proposal presentations, and managing program financials. Substantial experience in client-facing consulting roles and a proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts of significant size and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA are also necessary. Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources, as well as mentoring and coaching consulting resources, is required.
The ERP Program Lead will oversee complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards. They will manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations, develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks, collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The role involves monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conducting audits, delivering training, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
