Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience leading an employee relations function within a dynamic, multinational environment
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and encouraging ER or HR professionals
  • Strong understanding of European employment law and experience working with works councils and staff representatives
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills—able to build trust and credibility across diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn people data into meaningful insights and action
  • Experience leading change with empathy and resilience
  • A relevant qualification in HR, Employment Law, or a related field

Responsibilities
