Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance tech
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplying & dividing)
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google suite, Microsoft)
  • Advanced hands-on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment
  • Curious and seeks to learn new processes and systems, ask questions to ensure understanding

  • Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment
  • Physical ability to bend and twist neck/waist, squat

  • Physical ability for power gripping with high-impact hand tools (e.g., hammer drills, torque wrenches)
  • Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions

  • Tolerance for occasional exposure to warehouse environments with temperature and humidity fluctuations
  • Physical ability to walk for long periods

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure quality production
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track PM schedules for process machinery in the facility
  • Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks when the need arises
  • Perform machine upgrades and testing
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks
  • Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements
  • Work with cross-functional groups to determine standard maintenance procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
