Extensive consulting experience in Finance Transformation or EPM, or significant industry FP&A experience, with a proven track record of leading large programmes and managing senior client relationships
Strong knowledge of core EPM processes (FP&A, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, profitability)
Deep expertise in at least one major EPM platform (Oracle, Anaplan, SAP, OneStream), with the ability to shape solutions and challenge vendors
Professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or MBA strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability in business development – from sales leadership to pipeline management and proposal creation
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage confidently with executive stakeholders
Track record of building, coaching, and leading high-performing teams
Flexibility to travel to client sites as required

Programme Leadership – Lead large-scale finance transformation and EPM programmes, ensuring robust governance, structure, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Delivery Oversight – Manage complex programmes covering planning, forecasting, consolidation, profitability and reporting, including scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement
Solution Design – Provide strategic direction and quality assurance on solution design, ensuring EPM technologies deliver measurable business value
Business Development – Shape go-to-market strategies, lead proposal development and client workshops, and build long-term relationships that generate opportunities and grow the practice
Finance Process Excellence – Redesign planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes, embedding best practices through technology
Innovation & Insight – Anticipate market trends in EPM, digital finance, and performance management, and bring thought leadership to clients and internal teams
Team Development – Inspire, coach, and grow diverse teams, fostering collaboration and building the future capability of the EPM practice
