Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology. Expertise in EPM software, financial processes, and data management is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with globally dispersed IT teams and senior business leadership, predominantly based in the U.S., is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The EPM Analyst will design and deliver Oracle EPM cloud solutions, provide input for project solutions, and address user questions regarding Oracle EPM suite functionality (FCCS, EDMCS, TRCS). Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving functional and operational issues, performing root cause analyses, leading system design and delivery, assisting with testing and patch validation, managing the quality and delivery of artifacts, leading stakeholder interactions, and mentoring junior team members.
