Responsibilities

Provide technical support via call center for medical equipment systems to healthcare customers and internal Abbott stakeholders
Collaborate with field service personnel for on-site support, including rapid and efficient parts procurement
Optimize human resources to achieve cost-efficient service operations in compliance with budget, company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Handle product complaints as the technical services representative from a quality systems perspective
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of business processes
Provide clinical and technical support as SBG representative for inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, sales, and technical staff
