Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with medical devices or healthcare technology preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong administrative skills for accurate documentation and compliance tracking
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Computer skills: MS Office required; SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–20% within EMEA for training or special projects

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-house pre-testing of EP products according to work instructions and quality standards
  • Execute in-house staging of EP systems prior to shipment or deployment
  • Conduct testing of calibrated devices to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
  • Inspect returned devices for patient data compliance and ensure proper handling in line with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and support the return of products to manufacturing for rework or refurbishment
  • Document all testing and staging activities accurately and maintain service records
  • Collaborate with technical support and field service teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous quality enhancement
