Responsibilities

Perform in-house pre-testing of EP products according to work instructions and quality standards
Execute in-house staging of EP systems prior to shipment or deployment
Conduct testing of calibrated devices to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
Inspect returned devices for patient data compliance and ensure proper handling in line with regulatory requirements
Coordinate and support the return of products to manufacturing for rework or refurbishment
Document all testing and staging activities accurately and maintain service records
Collaborate with technical support and field service teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous quality enhancement
