Candidates must possess written and oral fluency in English and one of the following languages: Polish, Dutch, or German. Experience in general HR administration or people operations is required, along with some experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally within a startup or tech setting. The role requires the ability to follow instructions well, pick up processes quickly and accurately, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership while working independently. A proactive approach to improving processes, teamwork, and adaptability to startup environments are also essential. Bonus points for remote work experience.
The EOR Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Lifecycle Operations team on HR tasks, including basic projects and general administrative duties. Responsibilities include assisting with invoicing and billing, supporting employment verifications, managing the shipping of physical documents, and implementing processes to improve employee experience. The role also involves managing and organizing employee data, supporting reporting and audit initiatives, and executing automation opportunities under guidance. Additionally, the coordinator will gain direct experience with employees by handling select HR administrative tasks.
