Requirements

Preferably 3+ years in Environmental Management within Construction, Engineering or other relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Science, Sustainability or Certificate IV Environment
Proven ability to work and collaborate as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience contributing to a large project is highly desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

Implement the CEMP and comply with EPL requirements
Conduct noise and vibration assessments and draft out-of-hours work permits
Undertake environmental monitoring and regular site inspections
Participate in client inspections, ensuring timely close-out of actions and reporting
Proactively mitigate environmental and compliance risks with site teams
Conduct incident investigations, manage reporting, and keep waste registers up to date
Drive sustainability efforts and conduct environmental training sessions
Champion environmental management, safety, and sustainability, ensuring compliance with standards and promoting a positive culture
