The Entry-Level Multifamily Investment Sales Agent will engage in new business development through client outreach, including making over 60 cold calls daily, attending industry events, advising clients on investment goals, preparing property analyses, researching market trends, marketing property listings, prospecting for new client relationships, negotiating listing agreements and purchase agreements, and participating in training and skills development workshops. They will also contribute to the firm’s mission of helping clients create and preserve wealth by providing real estate investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services.
