Candidates must be able to multitask and problem-solve, with at least 1 year of inside sales experience and a proven track record of reaching and exceeding KPIs through a consultative sales approach. Property & Casualty insurance carrier experience is preferred, along with experience in training clients on company products and platforms. A passion for helping partner agencies is also required.
The Agency Onboarding Associate will manage agency onboarding and trainings, working with agencies to set mutual growth & quality goals and track results. They will consistently engage with agency partners and producers via scheduled check-ins and daily outbound calls, leveraging data to keep agencies on track to perform in their first 90 days. This role also involves tracking agency results with quoting, binds, Hearts, and other quality metrics, partnering with the Product & Shared Services team on feedback from the field, handling objections with agencies, and identifying areas of growth opportunity within the agency. Finally, they will work alongside the existing ASM team to ensure appetite is well understood and state nuances are articulated during onboarding and education sessions with agents, maintaining an agency-first mindset and ensuring agencies are set up for success.
