Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of Product Management experience, with a strong understanding of Front Office and Back Office business processes and systems, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing solutions and building requirements for CRM platforms is necessary, along with a basic understanding of accounting and revenue principles. Experience working with mid-senior business stakeholders, translating business problems into user stories and technical requirements, and strong analytical and communication skills are also essential. Applicants must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for optimizing and scaling Motive's Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows to support international expansion, focusing on improving the quote-to-cash process and ensuring seamless data flow between Sales, Finance, and Order Management. Key duties include driving strategic initiatives for systems and workflows on Salesforce, Zuora, and Netsuite, drafting design documents, gathering requirements, building test and deployment plans, managing communications, and owning initiatives from inception through rollout. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Systems Administration, Development, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to build, configure, test, and release system changes.
