Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with CRM, sales platforms, or internal tools
  • Hands-on CRM expertise (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Experience working in an Agile environment required; SAFe familiarity is a plus
  • Strong technical foundation (sales enablement or data ecosystem background)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the product roadmap
  • Break down big ideas into clear capabilities, Epics, and Stories
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Data Engineering to align goals
  • Work hands-on with engineering teams from concept through release
  • Drive adoption, gather feedback, and champion continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Participate in product reviews and provide input on product requirements
  • Identify and prioritize product backlog items
  • Develop and maintain product documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy
