Requirements

  • Accomplished high-energy enterprise salesperson with 5+ years of Enterprise level sales
  • Significant B2B sales experience within insuretech is preferred
  • Sales Hunter - Focused on driving new revenue growth by uncovering new opportunities within new accounts while creating demand in existing accounts
  • History of accurate forecasting and successfully performing on target quota attainment
  • Ability to call on new people within an account, request meetings, expand the network and engage with all levels of a customer organization
  • Ability to present and articulate a value proposition
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly, both internally and with customers
  • Passionate 'can-do' mindset focused on understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Solid team leadership and people management skills, including demonstrated team leadership experience, motivating individuals and teams to excel
  • Ability to manage customer expectations across multiple levels of the customer organization
  • Results-oriented with solid decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize numerous objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Proactive, tenacious, and driven approach to work with the ability to manage through a variety of projects and deals at one time

Responsibilities

  • Win new business and develop existing accounts
  • Overachieve on assigned quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Deliver compelling customer presentations and proposals that articulate the Insuresoft Value Proposition
  • Perform effectively within a team environment while being independent in managing his/her business
  • Secure and lead face-to-face as well as virtual meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including C-Level executives within our target market
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Insuresoft consultative and solution selling process
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing, negotiating, and closing the deal
  • Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
  • Accurately forecast new bookings
  • Completes strategic customer account management plans that meet company standards
  • Keeps up to date with industry and technology trends as well as Insuresoft product offerings
  • Analyze competitor products and activities and provide feedback into marketing strategies and product development
  • Represent Insuresoft at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, and other sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain current and accurate information on account status and sales activity in Salesforce.com
