Enterprise Account Executive

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, with cybersecurity experience being a plus. They should also possess 3+ years of experience hiring and managing high-performing enterprise sales teams, an understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology, and experience working with IT, Security, or GRC buyers. Strong communication skills and Salesforce hygiene are also required.
As the Enterprise Sales Director, responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to ensure AEs build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, enforcing a rigorous sales process, being deeply involved in critical deals as a sparring partner, designing and executing onboarding and coaching programs, regularly inspecting and enabling the sales team, and collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on sales initiatives and customer needs.
