Adobe is seeking an experienced Enterprise Platform Account Executive to drive sales of Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions within the Solution Led and LATAM businesses. This role focuses on exceeding sales targets by prospecting, consultative selling, and closing significant deals for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" passionate about digital transformation and innovative online marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate Adobe's value proposition and how enterprise solutions meet customer needs and deliver ROI.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities for Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business objectives and digital transformation vision.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal Adobe teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise-level outside software sales experience, preferably in digital marketing and large platform solutions.
  • Background with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions or similar marketing solutions.
  • Proven experience selling to Fortune 2000 companies with over $1 billion in revenue.
  • Ability to influence at C-suite and board levels.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
