Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role within Electronic Design Automation (EDA). Experience with PCB ECAD Library/component management, PLM, and databases is desirable. Fluency in German is preferred for EMEA EIMs, and the ability to travel up to 30% is required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) is responsible for ensuring customers understand and experience the value of Altium’s Enterprise solutions (AES) after a deal is closed, enabling their successful implementation and ongoing productivity. They will work with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and other EIMs to train and guide customers through the myAltium engagement process, manage implementation projects, and serve as the post-sale point of contact for AES implementation. The EIM will collaborate with Customer Success (Technical Support) and R&D to resolve issues, propose solutions, handle escalations, and build excellent customer relationships, ultimately advocating for a customer-focused culture and driving adoption and usage of AES while reducing churn and enabling client expansion.
