Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of outbound Business Development experience in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically targeting Enterprise accounts with over 10,000 employees. They must demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding outbound activity metrics and opportunity generation targets, possess strong communication skills, including the ability to learn and effectively communicate complex software solutions, and be skilled in collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing teams. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Alyce) is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Business Development Representative will research and identify strategic target accounts and key decision-makers within companies of 10,000+ employees, build and manage strategic prospect lists for outbound campaigns, engage contacts through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate interest and create opportunities, generate at least 5 qualified sales opportunities per month and hand them off to Account Executives, conduct high-level conversations with executives (C-Level, VP, Director) to introduce HireVue’s solutions, leverage prospecting tools to optimize outreach, continuously improve prospecting skills, and develop a deep understanding of the HireVue platform and industry trends.
