Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level understanding of the enterprise data space
  • At least one year of customer facing sales experience, ideally with previous SDR/BDR experience at a B2B technology company
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Common Room, and/or similar marketing and sales technologies, or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
  • Location: San Francisco (onsite 4x/week)

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and prospect into named enterprise accounts and generate meetings with all levels of employees from C-Level to data analysts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Account Executives to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals
  • Demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers’ data challenges and pain points while being able to give an intro to how Airbyte solves them
  • Create personalized outreach cadences specific to the account and use case
  • Log activity, categorize sales lead information, and collect and share customer feedback internally
