Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales within a technical software or SaaS environment
  • Strong network and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in large Dutch organizations (finance, industry, tech, energy, or public sector preferred)
  • Proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Consultative mindset focused on value, long-term partnerships, and business impact rather than just transactions
  • Strategic thinking, natural curiosity, and a genuine enthusiasm for the impact of AI and automation on business transformation
  • Fluent Dutch and English preferred

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets within the Dutch enterprise segment
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and value discovery to complex contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Solutions Engineering, Strategy, Marketing, and Operations to shape solutions based on customer needs
  • Stay ahead of AI and automation developments within your accounts and the Dutch market to proactively identify opportunities
