Requirements

  • Demonstrates exceptional C-suite presence and "Challenger" sales ability, including reframing problems and articulating Addi's P&L impact via complex, data-driven ROI models
  • Possesses strategic negotiation and storytelling skills for building business cases and ROI models in corporate finance language
  • Background in consulting or commercial partnerships for tech companies (nice-to-have)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) for C-suite communication
  • Proven experience in strategic prospecting and rigorous pipeline generation, including methodically building and executing a territory plan to identify and qualify high-value enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

  • Secure new GMV by signing new strategic enterprise accounts across priority verticals (Retail, Fashion, Travel, Insurance) within the first 12 months, resulting in projected annual Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV)
  • Build a qualified pipeline of enterprise prospects valued in potential GMV at any time in Salesforce by executing a strategic territory plan and outbound C-suite prospecting strategy, maintaining a 3x pipeline-to-quota ratio
  • Build and institutionalize relationships with C-level decision makers across all target verticals to ensure business sustainability and expansion
  • Guarantee full funnel visibility and forecasting accuracy to inform business decisions, achieving 100% CRM accuracy and process discipline for data reliability
