Requirements

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Manager will support the Enterprise Director in maintaining strong relationships with Roo’s Enterprise clients, ensuring alignment between client priorities and Roo’s goals, and reducing turnaround time for hospital onboarding. They will champion client needs, collaborate on streamlining the bulk upload process, co-lead implementation and onboarding, manage inbound client communications, and proactively identify and address client needs and potential churn, working closely with local Roo representatives. Travel is encouraged approximately 5% of the time for training, conferences, and events.
