The SLED Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within State and Local Government and Educational Institutions (SLED) in Florida. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for SLED customers, leveraging solution selling expertise to communicate the value of UiPath's automation solutions. The Sales Executive will focus on building client relationships, developing sales pipelines, and achieving annual sales targets through both sell-to and sell-through strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize UiPath's revenue.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules.
  • Evangelize UiPath's brand by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions using a value selling approach.
  • Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of UiPath solutions.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager group to ensure customers receive maximum value and to expedite issue resolution.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience selling to State and Local government customers in Florida.
  • Proven track record of successful quota attainment YoY and experience growing a portfolio of accounts (new and existing business).
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and create a strong desire for solutions.
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally.
  • Strong ability to navigate client organizations and develop key points of contact across multiple departments and leadership levels.
  • Ability to provide valuable insights into improving customer business operations.
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities through business-led discussions.
  • Proven ability to lead technology-driven discussions with senior customer personnel.
  • Self-starter invested in team success.
  • Alignment with UiPath's core values.
  • BS/BA degree.
  • Ability to travel up to ~50%.
