Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account executive roles, with a proven track record of new logo acquisition and sales success. Strong communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and articulate business requirements and decision-making processes. Experience in the IT operations market and familiarity with sales processes, including financing and buying, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will identify and call on senior executives to understand their business requirements and decision-making processes, articulating ScienceLogic’s vision and strategy while showcasing its business value. They will coordinate the execution of proofs of concepts, partner enablement plans, and proposed deliverables, set and manage customer and partner expectations, develop a sales opportunity pipeline, identify potential clients through various channels, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities. The role also involves driving revenue against assigned quotas and resolving business impacting problems for customers with minimal human intervention.
