Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious. They should also be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies, experienced in using Salesforce, and familiar with open source technology, along with excellent communication skills in all channels and an understanding of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the SoCal region, identifying and nurturing opportunities with existing customers, meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals, managing all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management), cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, understanding and conveying the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, becoming an expert in managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
