Candidates should have over 6 years of field sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven ability to build, manage, and develop relationships with new customers through to contract signing. Experience in the automotive industry and a strong network within it is preferred, along with the ability to proactively develop account plans and sales strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to engage with executives and build long-term relationships. A passion for data technology and the ability to stay updated on industry trends are essential, alongside a collaborative mindset to work effectively across various departments. Proficiency in business English is a plus.
The Enterprise Account Executive will become an expert in Snowflake products, conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations for prospects. They will understand the existing and future IT roadmaps of customers to act as a trusted advisor and promote Snowflake solutions in the market. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing accounts. The role involves developing sales strategies using target prospect lists and account plans to achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis. Building strong relationships with CxOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and other key stakeholders is crucial, as is collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, and partners.
