This role focuses on new logo acquisition and expansion within Eastern and Central time zones.
Requirements
- Track Record: Multi-year track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas selling complex SaaS technologies to large organizations.
- Deal Size: Demonstrated ability to close many $100K+ ARR sales, requiring consensus building and executive engagement.
- Competitive Wins: Ability to win highly competitive opportunities by identifying pain and business impacts and connecting them to strategic initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Mastery of clear communication, asking precise questions, and explaining complex concepts simply.
- Product/Industry Expertise: Ability to become both a product and industry expert.
- Detail Orientation: Described as detail-oriented, sending timely and crisp follow-up emails, and taking pride in internal operations (e.g., CRM updates).
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, connecting technical problems to business impact, and crafting compelling cases for change.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to won deals.
- Own a curated list of high-propensity accounts in Eastern and Central time zones.
- Focus on new logo acquisition through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies.
- Cover a small number of customer accounts for expansion and upsell.
- Engage the right stakeholders to create consensus for strategic technology decisions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to build momentum and solve customer-specific challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates.
