Requirements

  • Highly motivated and experienced in enterprise sales, specifically as an overlay sales role supporting direct sellers
  • Focus on selling Agentic related technology solutions (Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, Agent Identity Security)
  • Experience selling across IT stakeholders, ideally combining Identity or cybersecurity with agentic technologies and/or data architecture or governance technologies
  • Curious with the ability to synthesize information rapidly in a dynamic environment
  • Consultative seller who discovers mutual alignment between business value and technology solutions
  • Experience working across various IT personas, ideally in Cybersecurity/Identity applications and modern Cloud technologies/architectures (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.)
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and operate at all levels – from IT executives to individual contributors
  • Skilled in scaling operations and empowering other Account resources for positive business outcomes
  • Proficient in utilizing analytical tools and complex data to drive programs and plays
  • Experience as a specialist sales executive (overlay, co-prime, etc.) in a dynamic team-based matrix selling environment
  • Expertise in understanding, presenting the value of SailPoint's Agentic Technology solutions, comparing to competitive offerings, and relating to the broader SailPoint product set
  • Ability to provide superior customer experience from discovery calls, leveraging competitive positioning and broader value proposition including partner services
  • Skilled in developing territory and opportunity plans to progress sales cycles
  • Experience building internal programs and enablement to scale sales organization around Agentic product set
  • Ability to work closely with leadership to refine ideas and optimize sales strategies
  • Upholds SailPoint’s culture by reflecting the 4I’s values

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Effectively address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries by providing accurate information and tailored solutions aligned with their needs and interests related to data, AI, and identity intelligence
  • Strategically engage with customers and business partners to maintain high level of customer service aligning with SailPoint’s core values
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with partners
